The Project

Entecon has produced this Sack Rip and Tip Station to provide an interim solution before a full capex project can be provided to allow the install one of Entecon’s Automatic Sack Openers.
The operation of the Manual Sack Opener is via the door, as this automatically starts the extraction allowing the operator to load the sacks without needing to start the machine. The empty sack can be deposited in the sack chute provided.
Clean down of the filter is via a reverse jet filter which operates via a timer from the start of the lifted door sequence. This pulse of air provided by the accumulator helps with extending the filter life.
 

OBJECTIVES
The client and Entecon developed the design criteria which includes:

• Improving the material handling process and contain dust / clean GMP operation
• Ensuring compatibility with client’s existing production line
