The Entecon FDS is a cost effective stainless steel FIBC emptying machine that’s perfect for all types of powders, including adhesive problematic powders.

FIBC’s are called many things; Bulk Bags, Ton Bags, Tote Bags, and they come in a wide range of sizes, the Entecon FDS can handle them all.

Made entirely of 304 or 316 stainless steel, the FDS is safe and reliable due to the robust construction of the safety frame which is adjustable to accommodate different bag sizes.

ATEX zone 21 (internal) and zone 22 (external) Hazardous Area Classification for explosive powders.

Dust free method of emptying all types of FIBC’s

The FDS uses a unique manual bag clamping system that holds the FIBC spout securely, eliminates all nuisance dust release.

Ideal for adhesive or problematic powders

Pneumatically actuated paddles, rams and vibrators promote material flow through the FIBC spout, ideal for the most difficult powders.

Compatible with every type of conveyor

Whether the downstream conveyor is an Entecon AMC, a pneumatic conveyor or a gravity feed system, the FDS is universally compatible.

Is the FDS dust tight?

Yes — the FDS uses a unique bag clamp that holds the bag spout securely. The only time that powders can escape is when the spout is removed from the bag clamp. A “Local Extract Ventilation” (LEV) can be used at this point to provide dust containment.

Yes, the FDS can be mounted on load cells, when the required quantity of material has been discharged, the knife valve is actuated and the spout is closed.

Yes, the unit is designed for up to 1,500kg FIBC’s, and it’s provided with a SWL certificate for the lifting frame.
