Entecon Automatic Sack Opener, Bag splitters or Bales opener are highly safe, enclosed and efficient bag emptying stations for loading mixers and other processing equipment.
 

Design Features

• PLC and HMI controlled (currently Allen Bradley for customers requirements)
• Dust free and hygienic operation in an enclosed Bale opener
• Maximum sack size 950mm long 620mm wide and 270mm deep
• Minimum sack weight 20kg
• Horizontal operation ensures minimum plastic Bale fragment contamination
• High emptying rate by lifting the opened plastic Bale onto pinch rollers
• The design is contained with two hoppers to allow cleaning of any residue material.
• A dust extraction system can be fitted on top of the unit. The filter automatically cleans and returns the product into the Bale opener
• Manual hatch system for small additions to the product vessel.
