Sack-Tip Station

Introduction

The range of Sack-Tip Stations manufactured by Entecon UK provide a safe dust-free method of opening and discharging sacks.

Each station is fitted with a sack rest shelf on which the operator positions the sack prior to hand slitting and manually emptying the contents into the discharge hopper.

The integrated Air Filtration System utilizes either rotating wing or reverse jet filter cleaning and comprises of a centrifugal fan, twin or single cartridge filters dependant on the size of the station.

The centrifugal fan extracts the dust laden air through the diffuser plate mounted in the cabinet to ensure all the dust is drawn away from the operator.
